Rooney, how disappointing. He didn't kick the guy in the nuts, he STEPPED on them; then he pushed Cristiano in the argument. The expulsion was a bit harsh, but he kinda deserved it. About Beckam crying, I don't see anything wrong with that. He's fighting for his country and because one measly foul he has to stand down. Cristiano Ronaldo also cried when he had to leave in the game against Holland. The match was very close, but at the end Portugal won. Accept it and move on, it's not the end of the world.
