Ok so im from america and the game is downlaoding fine. If someone made me an account would I be able to play?

As long the other person doesn't try to log in in game when he is not in US or Canada

Of course, the question is, why don't you make the account yourself?

If the game refuses to let make an account due to IP blocking then you won't be able to play anyway on that version, so what's the point?
