Well, now I know why there hasn't been a new episode of Bleach for a while.

According to this, Dattebayo has recently gotten way too fed up with people posting their content onto Youtube and other streaming video even though they have repeatedly asked downloaders to not post their videos onto streaming media website. In response, they have stopped subbing any anime until all of their videos are removed from Youtube and other similar videos sites.

Anyway, it doesn't matter to me. I barely care about them :/

It is time for them to be realistic and practical.

No matter what they do, it is impossible for everyone to follow their orders.

This is akin to : We will never sub Bleach again. Well, until they change their mindset.

If they fear copyright infringement, just stop the fansubbing altogether.

Nobody is forcing them to do these things.

The idea is that it's their videos being distributed without their permission. But anyway, I too have become a bit fed-up with DB. Lately it just seems like their entire staff was changed because their trolls have changed from harmless fun to outright rude.

The ~800 MB file called DiamondDust Rebellion (which turned out to be a baseball game) took al night to download . . . that is not an April Fools joke, that is an act of aggression, a means by which thy destroy their own reputation.

People do need to stop uploading their content to YouTube, but DB also needs to mature up.

I would like to know, how many groups out there also have objections with regards to video distribution via streaming sites?

If dattebayo is the sole and only one, they are just finding ways to make themeselves look "almighty" or whatever.

The DiamondDust Rebellion "incident".. I didn't know about it, but if this is the way they are treating their viewers, they do not even have the slighest rights(there shouldn't be any in the first place..) to order people around. Though it maybe/is wrong for people to upload their fansubs, the dattebayo staffs should do something about themselves before caring about other things, seriously.

but anyway although they are pretty rude, they are one of the best subbing groups for naruto and bleach.

The next episode, 166, is airing on April the 9th. That is the reason. Go do some research before blatantly coming with false statements.

They posted that in December, it is old news which has nothing to do with anything.
It is not *RECENT*.

Also Dattebayo is a great subbing group. I cannot see why anyone would say anything else.
If you are offended by Dattebayo you are nothing but a fool.


I like the trolls, they are funny. But when they released Byousoku 5 Centimeter they actually subbed something better than their usual stuff.

Like there aren't any other fansub groups. They are doing nothing but hurting themselves. Also maybe they use this as and excuse to stop becaue they are afraid they would be caught.
