Patcher error

Hello every1 i hope you can help me with this:When i tried to run the patcher it crashes at the patching

Can you provide more details about the crashing? Is it after it's patched or before?

For me it stops on the second file at the beginning and never moves.
Then when I close and retry it says You must un-install your verssion or something like that.
