To be honest this error is something of a mystery to me, and I'm not sure why you're getting it. Make sure your VPN settings are such that you are not connecting to a different server. We're all trying to connect to PacketiX's Experimental VPN server in Japan. That's what gives us the proxy effect. So if you misspell the name or change the capitalization, it may be trying to connect to something that's not there.
If you continue to have this error. Take screenshots of your VPN client, your client settings, the moment before you get the error, and the error itself.
