Thats better, but try to crop the render a bit more so you can fully see the top of it, or else it looks like her hair and wings got cut off.

Hair's choppy and so is the butt. Other than that, it's good.

Is it possible to make the background a bit more poppy?

Take away the white or the black in the background pic and leave the purple. =D

One thing,
the idea of pop-out sig's is to not cut off as much of the render.
If you have to cut off the bottom of the render,
cut it off at the bottom of the sig.
Or else it tends to look awkward,
in my opinion.
