The fastest way to get NX is if you sell something under the average price. Because the price is so low, you'll have people racing to buy it so they can sell it for a higher price and earn more money themselves.

Can the MTS trade across servers, or is it limited to trading only in, say, the wonderful and humor-filled server of Mardia?(Now accepting tourism and migration.)

You can trade across servers, which means that the MTS could be used as a way of transferring items across words, assuming you have a few NX to spare.
