Ummmm...go to planetrenders and post up a storm, so you can buy tuts.

I wish I could just post some tuts, but I don't remember who most of them belong to and I don't know if I could give them to you.

Also, what I like to do is get textures, star stocks, and some stocks with lots of designs on them and put them in a layer and set them on lighten.
