Well if your IP is blocked you cant get around it...

I dont know if a proxy works either but I doubt it.

Move to America, Australia, or Canada. That should fix it.

Yea, i'd like to know this too, because i don't think MS Eruope would block isreal the country is sorta far from europe and on a different continent.

It would make more sense if it was KMS or CMS or JMS that it would direct him too, but even thats farfetched.

Please tell us if it says that because it seems odly peculiur that you can't download cause you live in isreal O.o

Many Israelis play Global, I found an all Israeli forum once.

It's probably a technical issue, you can log in, and you choose an "actor", you mean the little pixelated character in the "spotlight"? If so, then you probably should rephrase your sentence.

Good I will formulate my problem again. I will enter the maple press play impression put Mishtmsh password chooses the world that I will be found and then server then this will enter me to my actors that in the world that I chose the moment that I choose this actor exit me Mhmishhk and I am dead to know why.

I think that actor means character, no?
What you mean is that when you go through the whole process, after clicking the little person and starting the game, it closes?
Does any message pop up? This happens to me all the time.

That I choose the actor this makes black screen and exit game and there is not an announcement
