No, but almost no matter what you do, they can ALWAYS nail you for disrupting the functioning of school or even more serious, if you did it in a non ventilated area than they get you for some kind of assault/battery charge(or something of the sort) by "attempting to suffocate" people.

What if the fire alarms are automatic? Would they ring?

I was thinking of doing yellow and blue smoke bombs because those are our school colors and it wouldn't make them....you know....."bad" or be considered as an act of vandalism.

Smoke is smoke even if its colored.
They would probably ring.
Even if they are schools colors they can be thought as vandalismn especially if the color stains walls and such.

On more moronic note, my friend once burnt someones Magic the Gathering cards as "prank", then as compensation we bought him alcohol.
He forgot about the cards for one day.

Lol our school a long time ago got like crap loads of water balloons and put them in fridges so they would get cold and they bombed the freshmen with them but one ballon had a chunk of ice in it and a freshman got his nose broken. Lol funny funny.
