kingdom hearts 1 and 2 ending were decent. kh 2 ending kind of suggest Sora Riku and Kairi embarking on another adventure after reading King's letter...but eh.
I know this isn't a video game, but Advent Children ending was good. I was satisfied when Cloud finally put the past to rest, with Aeris forgiving him and all. Now he can get on with his life with Tifa and everyone else.  (Hopefully they will get married...)

i seriously need to pick up shadow of the colossus and ico.....im like the only one never to play them.....one of my favorite video game endings though has to be for god of war 2.....the way they just ended the game with kratos and the titans going up to start a war against the gods...man thats intense lol

Golden Sun 2's ending was kind of a cliff hanger for me.. I hated it D:<
Megaman Battle Network series - Drawn out too long, though the last game in the series was pretty good. And Vagrant story's ending was pretty interesting too. Final Fantasy Tactics: What the heck happened in the end.. Ramza and his sister just ran away together? Wtf? I would've claimed the throne instead -.-
