Video Game Endings? (Warning: Spoiler Theater!)
So I just finished Shadow of the Colossus Saturday night and I was left utterly + completely speechless. It's been a long time since I've felt that way after completing a video game. One of the few endings that, in my opinion, made it worth slogging through all those epic colossus battles without resorting to GameFaqs once. (Loved the sandworm battle.) I'm not gonna go out on a limb and say it was the best ending evar. But to me, it was incredible and I loved every second of it. Twighlight Zone-ish twist, I suppose.
If the temptation gets to you, don't worry - I've already done the work for you.

I still can remember beating the last mission on Jak 3, successfully finished all three in the series with all 100%. The ending was great. The storyline and background story for that series was just epic, and one of the few games that I would actually follow along with if it was a movie series or a book series. (And I hardly ever read)
I love when games are like that. Ratchet and Clank was a failure on that part. First couple were good, but when you get up to Deadlocked it just gets terrible. All you did in that game was fight through a level while climbing strange obstacles, gladiator battle, obstacles, battle, etc. Sly Cooper had a great series ending as well. Both Sly Cooper and Jak and Daxter are a shame because they're not getting continued, and Jak X Combat Racing was a huge failure.

Jak was a strong series too, though had Deadlocked never come into its cursed existence, I would have chosen Ratchet and Clank. Never played Sly Cooper though. D:

I remember seeing Ico back in the day... and spitting on its hideous boxart. But that was then, this is now. I'll be sure to pick it up when time allows.

This game sorta reminds me of Dark Cloud.
I want to play this game so bad. One small guy fighting huge ass rocks..sounds awesome. I want.
