A good MMOFPS?

Can be room based or an actual MMO, I'd like it to have realistic graphics but my PC kinda sucks so it can't beat like America Army's, I tried to play it and it lagged so bad I couldn't complete the training.

Wolfenstein Enemy Territory, im not sure about the realistic part but its a great game for free
