[Question]A Free Ragnarok Server(Not PS)?

Hi...I am 90% sure i once read somewhere in a forum that there's a free Ragnarok Server.
not a private server, a real server
Is it true and if it is can someone please give me a link of the site
I Fucking wanna play it but PS are .....their not as good as the real one

india RO i guess then.
the games in english, and the community speaks english.
and its the only one outa all of the free server's
that doesnt have a "disadvantage" for being free.
as in most of them lower the rates by half.
make you not able to use some items.
and so on.
