Default Dashed borders.

Anyone know how to do dashed borders like this ? :



Not done by me.
By someone else in another forum. .__.

Preferably how to do it in PS (cs2) ?

Not sure if I did it the right way, but
opened my picture > select all (ctrl+a) > print screen > pasted it onto a new file > cropped

or try this

make a new 3-4x1 document

fill it with black, make sure its only black > save as pattern


select your outline of whatever > Select > Modify > Borders (2px) > Clear > use pain bucket with the new pattern

The pattern on mine's.. gray & white .____.
Using CS2 btw.
