here are some RPGs i might buy. I need a second oppinion though. Which one's better and why?

Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria

Wild ARMs 5 is fun as hell.
Unique HEX Battle system, cool characters, cool western theme to it.
Nice soundtrack..It's a really long game too, and it should come with an artbook.

Tales of Symphonia and Star Ocean: Till the end of Time are both pretty good titles.

And if Path of Radience is anything like the GBA version, it's bloody awesome.

Get a new console.

preferably a 360.

If you already have, then there are a lot of good RPG's coming out.

If you want to have any fun, don't get a wii.

^^ I lol'd. WII is a great bargain system.



VP2 took like 30 hours to get into it, but the remaining 20 or so has a great story and will really keep you entertained, but it has a VERY slow start. worth looking into for 20$.

Star Ocean 3 was my favorite game on the ps2, I the battle trophies/fighting system is Addicting! Plus, the cast of characters are sweet as hell. Mainly I thought the story for So3 was suberb, I played it when it came out years ago and can still tell you probably every detail in the game. Well spent 20 bucks if you look into this game.

My vote: SO3!

I think i've narrowed it down. Star ocean is to hard to find. and the other games don't seem to be what i want right now.

Tales of Symphonia is good, but the story is not great, if you ask me..
Valkyrie Profile 2 has no world map exploration, you just pick where you want to go, it also has no back stories for your party members, like in the first one.
And Wild ARMs 5.. well I'm going to stick with what I said, great story, cool characters, nice theme, it's great. There's also a conspiracy unfolding at my current part of the game. I think you'll like it. Think a tactics game only not slow and boring. There's combo skills with different characters, characters need mediums to learn skills, but the skill level of the medium relies on your character's level, so if say.. Heavy Crush was what you wanted to learn and it needed 30 stars, you could either take off some of your HP to put bonus points on it, or wait until you reach the proper level. It's a great game.

Edit: And also, Wild ARMs 5 should only be $29.99 now, whereas Valkyrie Profile 2 is probably still $49.99

I looked up more info about star ocean. I think i might try to get it, but I'm gana narrow it down again. idk i might get Wild Arms later, but i feel like playing something less comical at the moment.
