Hi Arktor!

I have found reference to your problem on the ROHAN website. It says to try the following:

Open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security and press Reset all zones to default level.

If that doesn't work it says it is a firewall issue. I was wondering about the following:
- Do you have an antivirus program installed?
- Does your computer connect to the internet via a router? If you're not sure about this then do you have more than 1 computer in your house that connects to the internet at the same time?
- Have you disabled your Windows firewall?
- Have you disabled any other third party software firewalls?

Finally, if you do find any firewalls up, please allow the following programs:
Loader.exe
Fairyclient.exe
GameGuard.des

I hope we can figure out what is going on!
