lol @ title but i needed your attention

so I want a game that has:

alot of skills like runescape so its not only grind grind grind
available for European players (im in Netherlands)
good graphics
pvp has to be available

Please give me some advice. I've tried alot. Mabinogi or whatever its called, but its only for north american players. I need a good game please. It has to has alot of skills like RS. like cooking, smithing, mining, etc.
