ㅈ doesn't make a 'zh' sound...it makes a 'juh' sound. Like the letter J.
For example: 제발.
Its pronounced, "Jae-Bal"

Not "Zhae-Bal"

Dunno where you got the 'zh' thing...it sounds like the letter J.
