Hey guys, I have a few questions about this game...

First of all, do all skills share a cooldown? Meaning if I use a skill can I use another different skill right after?

Secondly, Marksmanship increases accuracy, but what exactly is accuracy? Does it increase the reticle size by a small amount? If so, by how much?

Thanks, this would greatly be appreciated before I buy some new parts.
