I wouldn't call the game action.
It's just that it auto-targets the mobs when you get close to them which i thought was nice.
The whole directional attacks are unique, but all i think it does is just complicate the generic fighting.

I haven't played much, but from my expirence,
My necro was so boring.
He had his normal spells and such, but the let down was that my pets had crappy damage and didn't get any aggro. I sent my pets to attack and as soon as i clicked to begin casting a spell, the mob rushed towards me.

The game reminds me of Guildwars, with more PvE.

yea necros are kinda crappy i heard rumors that they will be fixed.....and although it does auto aim when your close it also atacks multiple enemies in your range while using melee attacks

Necros will most likely get fixed.

Pet classes tend to start of gimped because the devs of these games try not to overpower them having a ton of awesome summons (or 1 really wicked one).

I wouldn't worry so much on class balance as is it a delicate 'dance' so to speak. These games get balance tweaks for their entire lifetime.


I love positional combat though. Some people say it just makes it tedious, but in reality it actually makes you think, requires a bit more skill, keeps you involved in the battle etc.

I'd much rather have to pick my attacks and such than taking a nap while playing WoW (most boring combat EVAR).

Perfect World will always have the best character customisation in my eyes.

It reminds me of the old wrestling games where you could change everything about a character.

Its honestly-hands-down the best one because there are infinite possibilities not just 10 face plates 6hair styles and 4 hair colours.

AoC is average. WoW is also Average. PW is average as are alot of games out there at the moment.

The only game looking to top Average is WHO. Fact.

It's not bad, the combat is real time, you can attack whenever you want (even if there is no enemy near), the ranger doesn't have manual aiming, you just press 1, 2 or 3 to shoot an arrow (to the right, front or left). I still quit it in like 20 minutes though.

The ranger has manual aiming.. I saw a video on youtube showing so, and if they cut that out than that was a HUGE mistake.

Though I said this looks bad before I've been looking into it and have already got a date set when I'm going to pre-order it and etc. This is going to extremely fun.
