I've got my money on either New Mexico or Arizona. They have a climate most similar to that in Iraq and well we don't seem to be getting anything accomplished in that war so they probably fare the best chance.

Actually it will be a Southern state, becuase there are more military bases down here in thou South. Thank the Civil War for that, we are more militarized than you northerners.

You do know mafia and gangsters kill each other and your own people, not others. So there actually a negative not positive.

Plus southern states have rednecks, there hunters, natural born snipers... your jsut another deer.

California would win. Its got the governator, and an base for each branch of army. We have the largest industrial cities, so we wouldn't run out of materials, etc.

I think potentially Florida would fall the first. Retirees probably don't fair well with automatic rifles.

I will say that any state that can skillfully create alliances and maintain them, will have a definite edge. The southern states uniting once again would be a strong possibility.
