Default What to cook?
Well I got hospitality class and for the culminating task I have to cook something and record it. It's not allowed to be a dessert. So can you guys help me decide on what to make?

Dumplings, dirty rice.

Dumplings:
Flour
Salt
(preferably cold) Water

Kneed until firm (but not hard)
Break into separate pieces, and then shape them like disks.

I.E. (actual size):

Place salt in a pot of water, then let boil until hot.
Put the finished dumplings inside
let cook for 25 minutes on high, 40 minutes on low-medium.

What does it look like?
