Mia was glad to see that Dain was up and moving. After a few sentences that were jumbled by the cast now on his chin, making it stable, but not helping the swelling that produced the horrific speech, he pulled out a device and led them to an exit.

"Funny how we did not notice that earlier," Mia mused in her head. "If we had found that earlier, so many hurt people would not have occurred. Still..."

Mia was worried about the Dooms Day device, but the thought of more soldiers coming gave her enough second-thought to turn away and gaze forward at their get-away car.

"Well, this is it," Mia spoke out loud. "But it isn't the end, right? Once we get you two healed up and I get some more training, we can come back. There will even be a nice facility to fix those injuries you two have, instead of my amateur first-aid kit."

Mia would then race to the vehicle outside and await the other two to join her.

"Come on, the sooner those wounds are healed, the better," she yelled to them, waving.
