Good places to level at Level 26-30
Currently I'm an Orc Shaman, level 26. And I have completely all quests I can currently in Thousand Needles, from here, where should I go? I'm just wondering

Hillsbrad is quite good, although if you're on a PvP server, prepare for the gankfest.

Mal'ganis is a pretty old server also, being one of the original 9 opened at release. But with the introduction of Arena/BG Welfare gear, Theres no motivation to fly out to Hillsbrad to gank. People would much rather queue up for a battleground and get easy gear, as opposed to getting nothing from ganking.
