I have just changed a few things (added underline/bold for better understanding), and added a few things, including some of the errors that can show up on the KSSN step. From now, you can know some of the errors that can come out.

v2.1 released already?!!! I'm good

Anyways, if you guys noticed anything lacking in the guide, feel free to post and I'll look into it.

A KSSN is a social security number, and I am afraid I cannot tell you how to get one because it is not allowed.

Sorry if I didn't manage to reply to you. I'm a bit busy with a few projects (still am).
Anyways, thanks for the posting your problem. I've added in the guide so that everyone knows about it. Please make sure you use IE, it's pretty much preferred because of the ActiveX.

So, when signing up, directly after entering my KSSN and clicking the button, I get these two screens.

You'll need to use another KSSN, pretty much. The second screen looks like a verification process, but none of the choices has a choice to register without one.
