the first error tells you that your handphone/cellphone number is invalid.
from what i can see, you only insert the first half. just type 1234 at the other end too, if you're feeling lazy~
the second error tells you to confirm your ID/username. next to the ID input box should be a clickable button~
click on it and it'll tell you whether it is available or not~

ew x) the first one is random korean jibberish; weird. looks like chinese xD~

and the second one tells you that you've either entered the ID or password wrong three times.
it then tells you that if you losted your password, you should contact the customer center :p~

btw, it just occurred to me, but did you activate your hangame acc for dnf yet?
i can't quite remember, but i believe it was a yellow square button at the bottom
of your character/guild/sera info~
