Are the exp rates in OB fixed? I mean, does it still take 1 hour to lvl from 6 to 7?

The patching is taking absurdly long, hell, i can't even tell if it's working. Is there a manual patch?

no im at RTP 31 right now... 7%. Could it be alot of people might be updating? IDK really...
