lol basically because it's aimed for more mature audiences. it contains very-slight pornographic material.

and the story is about love-relationship. kids doesn't enjoy love story much, so they just give it 18+

It's actually not violent but as stated above, its kinda catered for matured audiences

As for 18+ It contains partial nudity.

The Main character Hideki also thinks about pr0n and sex every 10-ish seconds. Overall, good anime. I suggest you watch it. Srsly, you can stop and fap every 20 minutes.


Oh, and, Moshi, theres something called grammar, have you heard of it?
