For those who haven't kept up with the tech news Firefox 3 has pretty much been released. Its stable enough for people to use with a few possible bugs that may have been missed in the betas.
Some of the features are great! The download manager has been reworked and simplified to work 10x better. Firefox handles Java much more effenciently, and better memory management for those who use a lot of add-ons. Not to mention... its fast. It also has a lot more security features and other junk. http://tech.slashdot.org/article.pl?.../05/17/1219210 You can get the RC1 here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-rc.html |
