Wouldn't having the stave jam in the middle of changing be sort of a good thing depending on how it worked, say he wanted a sword from a hammer and it jammed, he'd have a hammord which is much better, or a swammer

If you're going for a Super Hero, small head and huge pecks ftw.
It's still pretty cool, but proportions need some work.

i will work on him tomorow and do some enhancements...after all this is only a beta phase....another thing do you guys think those colors look good on him or do you think it will look better as blue and white?
