Basically I'm hosting a Lan party this Friday to sunday morning and I need help with the choice of games and movies.

Please suggest any games or movies you'd consider worthwhile.

The games must have online via LAN.

So far the ones suggested have been.

Games - Starcraft, Battle for middle earth 2, Dungeon siege 1/2, Half life 2 death match, UT2004.

Movies - American Pie 2, Not another teen movie and whatever I have on my computer right now (Iron man and a load of House/Grey's anatomy episodes I think.) Superbad.

Suggest at will!

Games - CoD4, Counter Strike (Its getting very old to me), Warcraft III, Unreal Tournament 2003 (was it?) or even 3, Quake 3 or 4.

Movies - Superbad. Thats all you need. SUPERBAD.

I have the disc for UT2004, I'll see what I can do about warcraft III, CS had protection.

UT3 and CoD4 are probably too high-end for some of the laptops.

I'll see what I can do about superbad.

Really, any game is good if the group enjoys it.

But I warn you, hardly ever will you get a LAN party going without something breaking, be the networking just not working for the first hour or two or someone's system dieing and having to be wiped and reloaded, theres going to be some issues, so be prepared. ;P


Also, if you're going to play movies, you're committing a crime if you don't play the movies "Hackers"
