Rohan US closed beta should (I said should, don't quote me on this) start Q1 of this year, so February or March hopefully.
Dragon Nest : no news of an english version so far, check
here regularly.
Korean Nexon and Chinese Shanda only recently acquired the publishing rights for it, so we won't see an english version anytime soon (if at all).
Battle system looks pretty good by the way.
And Ragnarok Online 2 will be published in english by Gravity.
