No, That's called a stereotype.
Adults make up most of the population in Japan and China so It's only within reason that less watch anime, the kids are those who are extremely into it. The old animes were good except for Pokemon... I mean the old episodes in Kanto were great but now the voice actors changed and it's getting repetitive and annoying...
Oh and Sand I'ma try to watch Kino's Journey I never heard it before and it looks great. |

Don't blame them, it's today's TV, it's messing up the newbies.
Anyways, only 3 levels of anime....You must be high. Like Sandman said there are genres, so not everything falls into one, or 3, category. |

Correction: the original transforming toys originated in Japan. The story, plot, and everything was conceived in America and it is considered an AMERICAN cartoon series. Japanese just raped and plundered the story-line. See Transformers: Armada and Transformers: Energon.
