Black - Affiliated with a number of gangs. Its neutral in perspective. Just don't wear it in the back pockets to be on the safe side.
Beige - None I know of.
Teal - It can be green and blue at times. Green doesn't have any I know of, but blue, you already know.

Orange - Latin Kings and some other Hispanic gangs.

And also, its the way you fold your bandana. If its folder a certain way, then people WILL know your trying to show off the gang. Just fold it a normal way and your fine.

bloods-black, red, pink in some areas
crips- grey, blue, purple in some areas, and beige too
latin kings-black, gold

green bandanas are usually worn by caribbean gangs like jamaican gangs or something amongst those lines

the only neutral ones are white and camo
