Well its "Open" beta but its ownly for people in US and Canada...I signed up logged in was doing great had fun then logged off to make a new character to try them all out and it wouldn't let me log out. Turned out they IP banned Puerto Rico because apparently using American Currency, being American Citizens, and reciting the pledge of allegiance still doesn't make you a 'part' of the US to OG...
So no more Cabal for me...
