It say cannot extract a target file and cannot open zip file what does that mean

Maybe u should unistall then delete the file for the install for War then get the file then install

i tried uninstalling it like 10 times and it still has the same problem and its getting me mad! its been 3 months since i was able to play:@

i need help ASAP
