put simply no...I'm just using a similair engine to create my game as for the plotline:

Three basic tiers that you can do-
Quests, I've prepared a huge amount of them and plan on adding more for the peeps who just like questing
PvP, well let's see there are three empires and each one dislikes the other...I wonder what can happen here
Freelance, you can journey through a really really really big landscape (no fooling, it's huge and it's taking forever to make!) and fight off monsters, discover some neat caves/ruins, and overall just explore and kill for whatever reason you want.
And that's pretty much all I can think of atm...back to building the landscapes for me
