What do i have to do to reach the 3rd City in Granado Espada? (The one after Coimbra) Is there even one? <<"

I cant remember the full quest but you talk to the MCC guy in the first town run all the dungeons to the end on the higher difficulty then talk to the MCC guy again and it should open the way to the town.

i think u must reach a certain lvl (i think is lvl 45 and above) or finish a certain quest in order to proceed to the third town

You must complete the 3 dungeons in normal difficulty level and then talk to the MCC guy in the 1st town. After that the guard near the entrance of 3rd dungeon will let you pass(green dot on map). Walk that path and you'll find the city of Auch.
At least that's how it works with Japanese beta.
