With games like this, latency is a big factor. They either lack the license to let certain countries play, or they think specific areas will lag. Most likely, they just lack the licenses though. Nexon does have different region divisions, and they do have license restrictions on some games. eg: Maple is allowed everywhere, Mabinogi on the other hand is restricted, most likely because the developers restricted nexon when nexon bought it off them. It's probably the same with combat arms.

Have you tried using a web proxy to get to the key page in fileplanet?

yeah, tho I don't know if my proxy programs sucked or anything, I used Hide IP and no luck, even tho my ip registered as from USA in www.cmyip.com fileplanet still denied me acces

I am in need of 10 different pokemon figures. I am missing Pupitar, Pineco, Snover, Azelf, Golem, Ralts, Claydol, Aron, Zapdos, and Budew. I was thinking about buying a collection from this LDU Company in China but I really don't need 288 pokemon figures, and that is the smallest collection that I see them listing on their website www.LDUcompany.com
