Looking for a free FPS

I'm looking for a free FPS game (army/war games are okay) that has okay graphics, it must be free and less than 1GB download!

Games you shouldn't suggest: Wolf Team, X Operations, Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory

Specs:
512M RAM
2.1Ghz AMD Athlon XP
nVidia GeForce FX 5100 64M

Also, it would be a big plus if it wasn't just shoot, run, kill, repeat. It'd be great if it also had challenges (like in Call of Duty 4) where you have to do thing(s) to complete them. This is not necessary though, I'm just looking for an okay FPS game!

ALSO: Other FPS-sort games I'm interested in are where your friends/people in the room are fighting against computer/robot players or creatures. Take GunZ quest modes for example, you have to go through levels and your friends help you get through the monsters.

Sadly the combat arms CB just closed. If you don't mind a HORRIBLE company and tons of cheaters you could play Soldier Front. Urban Terror is pretty good, even with my crap laptop I can run around 40 FPS and it's pretty popular too.

I'll respect your opinion, but interject my own.

Warrock is the very epitome of the shitty side of CS, combined with reliance on buying the 'premium(/facepalm)' subscriptions versus just normal play, as well as being a time sink since the end of OB (which was surprisingly fun). If you can stomach it good for you, this is only my opinion of it.
