Do you need to program stuff for like MUDs or text based games? Can someone give me a link to how to make a text based game? Are there any p2p text based games? lol

I don't know of any P2P muds.
Muds are a server, and can be as complex as any other game server, which the game client is the thing that changes most, it displays text only, instead of graphics. Really all you need to make a good text based game is some programming skills and a network API.

It is one of the best and you don't need any programming knowledge. Is the absaloute perfect mud maker. You just type whats needed and you have yourself a mud. IT IS GREAT!!!!
