Graphic's Card question.

Well, last night I got Titan quest, installed and...My Graphics card (NVIDIA GeFORCE 4Mx) won't run it. So now Im looking for an afforable graphics card, I just have a few questions, How do I know whats compatable with my PC?
Titan quest need's something called Pixel Shader, what card would have this.

Remember Im not trying to spend a fortune, just want something a little better than my current card, but will still show some improvement.
I don't really know much about this stuff though.

Titan quest need's Nvidia GeForce 3 or equivalent or ATI 8500 series with pixel shader 1.1

so...whatever that mean's lol. HELP ME PLEASE.

Hmm Geforce MX can't run Titan quest, even my cheapass Geforce 5700Le can barely run it. Assuming you have around 1G rams and a good AMD or Pentium4 Procesor then you're okay. For Video card, yo u can get a geforce 6800GT for around 100-140 bucks. It can run almost anything, I'm hoping to get this soon.

P.S You can look around the box for the minimum spec and recommend spec on the game box.

512 MG DDR SDRAM memory
120 Gig hard drive
NVIDIA GeFORCE 4 MX graphics 64 MB DDR shared video memory
CD-RW drive 48x12x48x max. speed
DVD-ROM drice 16x max speed

Straight off the sticker on the computer, And I cannot run Titan Quest.
And if I get a new graphics card will there be a noticable change in the graphics?

Indeed, I suggest you get at least a Geforce 6600 GTX OC and upgrade your ram to 1GB. In that case, you wouldnt have any lag in Titan.

How much does RAM cost? Damn this is turning into a $200 game...It better be worth all of this.

Umm, your computer is fine, other than the shitty video card you have... Sorry, but you really need to upgrade your GPU, a cheap decent one is an Radeon X1600.

Damn, I wasn't trying to shell out $100+ just to play a game. But since I can't return it Im prolly gonna do it. But damn, All I can say, Is this really better be "THE NEXT DIABLO" and then some, or Im going to be pissed.

(EDIT): Would this be alright?

I would suggest you to go for Geforce. It looks better and easier to manage ( life time warranty ) Just a suggestion
