i think he meant D3 as in actual engine tech,or in concepts/game system (random generated loot, random generated rooms,scalating modes of play,etc)

obviously regarding background, HGL is on the other extreme of the universe

I'd say mythos is the closest bet. The newest changes make the game feel more like Diablo 2 (map changes)

I hated the instanced maps, now it seems more like an open area with pits or dungeons.

I decided to wait a little longer to play again , get some updates a-flowin

man runescape is practically copying diablo....

diablo was made in 1996

runescape was made in 1997

soo you choose diablo or runescape

someone might think its just a coincidence

someone might think its a copy

Yah just make sure you change the server to "Mythos Testing Server"

one more thing about mythos, i heard flagship lost allot of employees since hgl is such a failure so maybe they will trash both games, i hope they don't mythos has a change of being great and there is also this hype about it but they lost momentum since the cb started ages ago and they won't anyone new in.
