Oh yes i used to get angry at Jagex at the removal but someone opened my eyes
Let's take it the RWTers are stealing peoples credit card and Jagex have to pay the refund as well the bank will charge a fee, and the bank gets tired and asks Jagex to stop these once and for all . But sadly its almost impossible to stop So the only way to SLOW DOWN rwt is to remove pking Conclusion: Did Jagex destroy RWT? No. But did they succeed in what they want to do? Yes |

cmon guys, they care about you guys, first, if they PUT BACK PKING, there is no more runescape, and everyone would be sad, if they remove PKING pkers will be sad, so of course remove PKing
Also here's a quote Many players continue to create threads concerning the previous PvP system in RuneScape. Many of these threads demand/request the old system to be brought back and for Jagex to reverse many of the updates made since the beginning of the year. I can say without a doubt that the old style of Player vs Player combat will not be returning and no volume of demands will change that. This is not only due to the RWT changes, but also due to our own decision to revamp Player vs Player combat in RuneScape, this was even mentioned this in the original Development Diary entitled "Jagex vs RWT". Bounty Hunter, Clan Wars, Fist of Guthix, Duel Arena and even Castle Wars are all still viable Player vs Player combat options. While many MMORPGs are moving away from the "Kill and Loot" style of play that was popular in older MMORPGs, Jagex has decided to keep this style in the game but in a more contained environment. Currently Bounty Hunter is still a viable Player vs Player system that enables players to take another players items. Change is inevitable, MMORPGs thrive on change and updates due to their nature. If the game remains the same way for many years it will stagnate and soon only the "veteran" players remain. MMORPGs need new players all the time, not only for the interests of the company behind them but for the player community to stay fresh. This is true across the industry. As always your feedback on the new minigames is welcome, although we ask you to remain constructive. Telling us *exactly* what you do like, as well as what you don't like, helps us create more content for the future. Finally, further threads created with no constructive discussion, suggestions or feedback will be treated as spam. Threads encouraging riots or flaming Jagex may be result in a loss of posting ability for the player responsible. Kind Regards Mod Mark H RuneScape Forum Support Read, a mod said they are turning runescape into a different game because they want different players, quit it if you dont like it or get over it like me |
