i want a fighting mmo like Rumble Fighter (with a high concentration on fighting styles) but not only for the US and Canada (I DONT LIKE PROXY.)

Fighting Online games i played:
Grandchase (well, ok for 30 minutes.)
GetAmped (SUCKS.)
Little Fighter2 (single player ok, multiplayer sucks ass.)
Jazz jackrabbit 2 (Fun but aint really a fighting mmo, but fits my genre.)

3D or 2D i dont give, i just want it to be fun.
