Well, basically, what's the most gruesome death you've ever seen in a video game? It can be any game.

Light flickering almost made me shit myself, imo his death wasnt THAT gruesome.
And thats too much blood coming from one person..

I found the drilling through hand thing from Bioshock more gruesome even though it isn't considered a death..

i also thought the Gears of war chainsaw death was pretty hardcore, awesome too.

A Soldat "Mercy" bug chainsaw kill. Playing a map full of "Zombie" NPCs and killing them all is so gross, the amount of blood, heads, and torsos flying around is countless.
