Default I need some advice.

Myy current build it graphics are really fucking up so i need a new graphic card. The One Below is my current one. The Link under it is the one im thinking of getting if u have any suggestions that are better than my current one tell me. Oh and i ned to know of the one in the link is better than my current one.
