Default Need help with a registry error.

Well, yesterday, my computer just shut down. I try to start it up again, and it goes to my normal desktop. Then it just shows a black screen then a blue screen. The blue screen goes by SO fast I can't really read anything (Under 3 seconds) but, I managed to read it was a registry error that is f'ing up my PC, and, it was doing a physical memory dump.

I used several freeware registry cleaners, one managed to clean out my hard drive of corrupt/invalid files.

So, I think it's my registry. What freeware do you guys recommend? I'm using CCleaner, Free Registry Cleaner, and eusing free registry cleaner. CCleaner doesn't detect any registry issues, Free Registry Cleaner does, and Eusing does. Registry cleaner detected 13 registry issues and, eusing, exactly 30. (I'm using safe mode right now) However, when I try to fix the registry cleaners using the programs, it doesn't, all they can do is detect and not fix correctly. Should I try and manually fix my problem? Unless I do something I can't access my computer out of safe mode.

Did you make backups of your registry before using those programs? If not you may be screwed.

Bottom line... those registry programs are pretty much crap. 99% of the time they cause more problems than they fix.

The only one in that list you have that doesn't suck a lot, is ccleaner. I have yet to have that cause an issue, but I always make backups before it does anything.

The registry is very sensitive so unless you are 50000000% sure of what you are doing, never ever ever ever touch the registry.

So yea, restore backups of your registry from all of those programs to get back to normal. Then, uninstall those programs and never ever download them again.

I know, I made a backup, several. Well, unless I touch the registry, I really can't go on my computer outside of safe mode. So...um...I'm not really sure which programs/registry values/keys are causing my computer to shut down. Is there any GOOD program that tells me?

EDIT: I found four that keep showing up and never get fixed.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/.msdvd
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/.sfcache
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/.slupkg-ms
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/.WebAllowBlockList

Found on AML Free registry cleaner

I also found 19 problems on my Eusing free registry cleaner, should I delete them too?
Should I manually delete them?

My free registry cleaner lets me open up the problems in Registry Editor so it shouldn't be hard to delete em. ( I Also made a new back up now)

Well, some errors wouldn't let me delete the files/keys, but, one says the source of the problem to one of the errors is Windows.DVD.Maker, Lawlz. I'll delete that too I guess.

I don't own a camera, my dad has one, but I don't want to go through all the trouble.

Forget all of those crap *** registry programs man. THEY DO NOT WORK SO UNINSTALL THEM NOW!!!!

Seriously, you will be ****in with your registry for the next thousand years trying to fix what those programs ****ed.

Restore all backups so that your computer is back to how it was before all those shitbag programs made it worse.

After you restore those backups, I can help.

Where you the one that had drive problems? Did you get those resolved?

Ok, so for this registry thing, is it possible for you at all to get the exact error message that the screen shows?

Driver problems? Um...no... all my drivers are fine..I never had any driver problems.

And, yes. I've tried accessing my computer with regular settings over ten times. The same BSOD shows up again and again and again.

This happens only when the computer has a function called "Auto Restart" enabled, which can be disabled in the Control Panel which in turn shows the BSoDs.
