Well i decided to make a mage now i need to know how to do the skills? Do i buy them or does it come when i lvl up or what?

Ur skills are custom, everytime you level u get job points.

Go to the skill dealer and you can buy your own skills to make you unique.

oo sweet so theres so like proper order to buy skills everyone just buys what they want?

job level up>skills>useless when specialist comes and sweeps it away.
aura=never useless.

yah, some skills need a level requirement to get though.

The whole specialist thing is that they get skills when they level there job, so specials dont have to buy skills for. But they cant use the skills you bought, so you cant use heal when ur a Fire Mage. You have to leave fire mage to heal.
